Morimoto Dubai’s contemporary Japanese menu infuses traditional dishes with Western ingredients and preparation techniques. Chef Morimoto’s seasonal and ever-changing selection of traditional and innovative raw fish preparations is imported from markets around the world, including the famed Tsukiji market in Tokyo.

The restaurant is located on the 23rd floor of Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai. Its expansive space comprises of 250 restaurant seats as well as a lounge, large bar area, sushi counter, three private dining rooms and two outdoor terraces, including private access terraces with undisturbed views of the Burj Khalifa.
